  • Apply shoe polish at least once a month to protect the leather against water, revive its color and give it a clean shine.
  • When the leather starts to look dry and cracks start to form, use a leather conditioner to restore the leather natural moisture in depth.
  • Use shoe trees when storing your shoes to absorb the daily moisture and preserve the shape over time.

Every pair is handcrafted in Italy by master artisans using time-honored techniques. We use only full-grain Italian leather and a Blake-stitch construction that keeps the sole flexible yet durable — a method that takes skill and time, but results in a shoe that moulds to your foot and lasts for years.

With regular care — brushing, polishing, and shoe trees — a DUUQES pair will age beautifully for well over a decade. The leather develops a rich patina unique to how you wear it, and our resolable construction means the sole can be replaced when it finally wears down.

Start with our Feet-2-Fit system: order a Fitting Kit, measure your feet once, and save your Fit Profile. We then compare your measurements against the last of every model and recommend your ideal size — so you can order with confidence on the first try.

If your pair doesn't fit, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We'll guide you through an exchange for the correct size or arrange a resolution for any manufacturing defect. Your comfort is part of the craftsmanship we stand behind.
